Gifts-in-kind
Any type of property may be given to the CHC Foundation, outright or by irrevocable trust, and can be treated as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes. A gift of residual interest may be structured to provide current tax savings, continued use of the property by you, and the satisfaction of seeing the gift made and memorialized during your lifetime.
