Donation Methods
1) By Mail - You can click on the link below to go to a donation form which you can print off and mail to the Cumberland Health Care Foundation with your donation. Printable Donation Form (PDF)

2) Online - Click the Donate Now button to donate online through CanadaHelps.org.

3) By Phone and Email - Enter in your name, address, telephone, and e-mail address into the form below to be contacted by the Managing Director. Remember this form will be sent through e-mail so you should not include personal banking or credit card information. They will contact you be either phone or e-mail to discuss your donation.
