FRALICH, DIANE

Born in Montreal, Diane was awarded a scholarship and subsequently received a diploma in art from The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. It was here that she worked in oil under the tutelage of Arthur Lismer (one of the Group of Seven).

Moving to Nova Scotia 18 years ago, she began painting almost exclusively in watercolor and has exhibited in galleries and exhibitions throughout the Maritimes. Diane’s paintings are well sought out and have been purchased by art lovers throughout the Maritimes, the United States and Europe. Diane’s work continues to evolve and she attends workshops with accomplished artists in the United States and Atlantic Canada. She works from her home in St. Margaret’s Bay where, by appointment, additional paintings may be viewed.
