MEHTA, BALA

Born in Nairoba, Kenya., Bala moved to England in 1962 and then to Pugwash in 1964 where she taught school at the Cyrus Eaton Elementary School in Pugwash.

Bala began painting with two friends (Edna Mundle & Joyce Hundson) and later joined the Mixed Palette painting group in Pugwash. She works regularly in acrylics as her form of medium.
