ATKINSON, SHIRLEY

Shirley was born and raised in Amherst and originally started out working in oils and then developed an interest in watercolor.

A member of the Sackville Arts Association, Shirley has exhibited at the Owen’s Art Gallery in Sackville, NB and at the Cumberland County Museum locally.

Over the years she has attended various workshops with other known water colorists from the area such as Shirley Barnes and Anne Crowell.
