Cancer Assistance Fund
The "Cancer Assistance Fund" has been designed to provide a helping hand when all other avenues of funding have been explored and/or exhausted for Cumberland County residents fighting cancer. Donations may help to fund transportation for treatment, food & nutritional assistance, and other areas as identified by the Cancer Navigator as being required to maintain the health of the cancer patient.
Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Fund
The “Cardiovascular Disease Fund” (CVD) has been designed to provide financial assistance for education, prevention and treatment initiatives regarding cardiovascular disease and related chronic illnesses affecting Cumberland County residents.

Coordinator of
Volunteer Services The
Cumberland Health Care Foundation was approached by the
Cumberland Health Authority to work in partnership to develop
a volunteer program for the five sites in the district.
Cumberland
Health Care Art Gallery The
art gallery is a joint initiative between the Cumberland
Health Care Auxiliary and the Cumberland Health Care Foundation.
This special project
allows local artisans to feature their works. A commission
on the sale of the artwork is then presented to the auxiliary
and foundation and will be used to purchase equipment for
the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre.
Equipment Fund
The "Equipment Fund" has been designed to provide funding for replacement and/or new equipment at the County’s regional acute care centre – the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre.

Spicer Healing Garden
A
healing garden was constructed at the Cumberland Regional
Health Care Centre at the bequest of the late Holly L.
Spicer.
Palliative Care Fund
The "Palliative Care Fund" has been designed to provide funding for the Cumberland Health Authority’s (CHA) Palliative Care Program. It funds such things as equipment, services, training and a variety of other items required to enhance palliative care services for patients and their families.
