Some of the highlights were: Gayle Janes, Marguerite Bishop and Vicki attended the Toronto Gift Show in January and Gayle, Marguerite and Linda Long attended the gift show in Moncton in February; there will be another Reader's Digest Book Fair March 22-23.

Thanks to volunteers and friends of the Auxiliary who have donated beautiful handcrafted items and thanks to all volunteers who make this a successful fundraiser for our hospital.

Gayle also presented the report on the Crema Coffee Shop for Vicki with highlights as follows: thanks to the Springhill Institution for the donation of a beautiful hutch; monthly prizes are drawn from full coffee cards which are punched when purchasing hot drinks; the food inspector gave the shop a 5 out of 5 rating; plans are underway to attend the 2004 food show in Halifax; gift coupons for $1.00 and $2.00 value can be purchased thanks to the staff and volunteers who are doing a great job and also thanks to the hospital family who support us.

Gayle stated that because of Vicki's unparalleled dedication and ability to provide support to her Committee, all members of that Committee continue to participate in their original capacity an to enjoy working together in spite of the many volunteer hours involved. (Thoughtful words for a very special person.)

Shirley McCully, Treasurer, Treats and Treasures Gift Shop gave her report as well as Heather LeMoine, Treasurer of Crema Coffee Shop. Two Cheques were presented to President Marilyn Conklin as follows: $20,000.00 from the revenues of the Crema Coffee Shop and $15,000.00 from Treats and Treasures Gift Shoppe.
