Name Change - Cumberland Health Care Foundation

The Highland View Regional Hospital Foundation has not only changed office location, but also its name.

Jodi Swan, Development Coordinator states: "The board members felt that it was necessary for this organization to change its name, to reflect our new activity base, as well as our hopes for the future. The foundation will now be referred to as the Cumberland Health Care Foundation. Our mission remains "to enhance the ability to provide a high standard of health care to all residents of Cumberland County by raising funds for new and improved services, programs, equipment and facilities".

This new name also brings new beginnings for the foundation. The Above & Beyond campaign was a great success, and now the foundation is looking to spread it's wings to encompass community programming within the mandate of its mission.
